Returns

If an item is defective or damaged due to manufacturer error or if we ship you the wrong item, we will send a free replacement.  You may need to return the wrong item with a prepaid shipping label.  You must send pictures of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging to start the replacement process.

We do not accept returns for customized items unless there is a factory defect.

If an order is lost in transit, we will replace it at no additional cost.  

If you do not like the product or no longer want it, it can be returned up to 30 days after it was delivered. A 20% restocking fee may be charged in this case.
